MP 5000 adjusting 2nd side registration lead to trail on duplex copies

    Hello All,
I have a MP 5000 B/W giving me some fits. The customer is making a two sided copy from 2 originals without using the document feeder. They set.original #1 down, scan it then original #2 and scan it. Page #1 lead to edge registration is fine, the 2nd side is off about 5mm lead to trail. I am looking for a way to adj lead to trail on second side. I have found lead to edge adjust in SP 1001, number 7 refers to Duplex:Plain , this only moves the first side not the second. Does anyone know what I might be missing. Thanks in advance!!

User Tools - Copier/Document Server Features - Edit - Back Margin Top/Bottom (Set to 0.0).
(You may also want to set Back Margin Left/Right to 0.0)

UPDATE: Fixed, or more like I figured it out. The customer had went under Edit/Margin on the "ready" screen and adjusted the second side over to the left .2 inches. I centered it and saved it, second side registration is fantastic. I knew it was a setting some where versus a mechanical problem, just couldn't find where they had messed with the settings. Thanks for all of the replies!!

The user tools settings mentioned do the same thing. if you change them, you will see that reflected in the edit/margin settings where you adjusted it.
