    2232c jamming j063

    jamming at external tray off every 10 to 15 prints from bypass and all trays no matter which tray u use. also jams especially when using external and internal tray. fuser unit is brand new and the exit sensor is working perfect in input. duplex has been changed with no effect.

    What Jam code are you getting? Have you tried cleaning the bridge rollers? Have you tried taking the finisher options off and running it?
    the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

      jam code is 63. there is no finisher connected to this machine. when i feed a4 landscape through its jams leaving half of the a4 onthe external tray and the oher half i the duplex

        Bent mylars on the transport path on the left side. You have to disassemble to see them. Test by manually rolling paper thru the transport area.

          where is exactly is the transport path. you mean in the duplex?

            Left side, is inverter side, duplex tray is located under the transfer belt. There is a bulettin for these mylars.
            Where is the first handle you open to remove fuser module? There it is...
