    language firmware problem

    i have few unit off ricoh copier machine which is in Spain and German language.
    at the user tool also they provide this two language only.
    finally i found that i need to upgrade the language firmware into those machine.
    can anyone help me to solve this problem?
    i can't log into TESSA.

    need firmware for this model

                          I need language firmwares of these machines and some newer models of DSM7xx series and MP series.I need your help too.
