    admin code ricoh 3245c

    how reset admin code. I tried with admin and supervisor and it don't accept

    memory clear (sp 5801) should do the trick

      When you can't get in using the Supervisor account, the NVRAM has to be replaced.

        This older model doesn't utilize the newer admin management. You actually have to reset it using 7-810 (Access Code Clear), not 5-801 (Memory Clear) .

            Yes, you do. It may be in special service mode. Press and hold # before pressing Copy SP.
            It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

              Straight out of the service manual (Page 5-94 of the SP modes)
              7810 [Access Code Clear]
              Use to clear the access code if the customer forgets the code (password).

                Hi,
                i've got also problems with that copier. I don't know how to get 7810 in SP mode [Access Code Clear] Service manual doesn't lighting me
                Please help me.

                    Yes, i'll do and nothing. In special service mode still the same Even i'll try with Save Debug Log and nothing. This is "black magic" for me
