    Pull your developer assy and take a good look at the tip of the mag roller on the drive side. You will notice how it is pointed? That is for development bias contact. There is a roller bearing that rides in that shaft. If the shaft looks worn, as in "scared", you will have to replace the mag roller. Also check the bearings for the mag roller located in the developer unit.

      Try the bias board and the drum might be worn down to the metal and causing an arch to the dev unit.
