    C2050 WIM shows low toner.

    When this customer accesses the WIM it shows the black toner is low even tho a new one was added. The machine shows the amount correctly. Dont they get the info from the same source?

    May need to "Reset" on the WIM page if logged in when the toner is changed?

        All Firmware up to date? See goobered websupport firmware cause similar bugs. Also maybe Browser is "CACHEING" the Toner Images. Some will do that to load the page faster.

        So try logging into WIM with a Laptop and Crossover and see.
