It would help if you attached a scan of the problem.

Perhaps you have a color registration problem? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      What he said.
turn it off and let is sit for at least an hour or two, then fire it back up and see if the problem goes away. If not, you are going to need to clean the sensors that are right above the transfer belt. (up on the top left)
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Clean the ID sensors and replace the registration roller.

Here's an adjustment bulletin to try if all else fails (clean music sensors, replace transfer belt and clean the silver roller under the transfer belt that the sensors face).

thanks guys, i'm i right in thinking transfer belt is underneath the colour toner carts, along with the sensors.

The sensor assy is mounted on the inside frame in the upper left corner. Once you remove the transfer unit (yes, under the pcu/dev units) and the black pcu and black dev unit (you might want to remove all the units for cleaning and a better visual) you will be able to access it. There is a spring loaded shutter with windows that covers the sensors. Just push in from the front (silver metal plate sticking out the front area, the front door contacts it when closed) and wipe the sensor faces with a cloth dipped in alcohol.

Teebee is correct. I like to use a Q tip dipped in alcohol.
