    [Error Code] Scan to Email smtpc: conection closed (8000) then (802)

    Hi,

    I have the problem with a mp 2550 Email Scan
    I suddenly get an error message in Systemprotokol.
    SMTPC: connection closed ERR (8000)
    SMTPC: connection closed ERR (802)

    I let incoming faxes via e-mail forwarding to an Exchange server.

    DNS, Gateway, and Exchange Server are available.
    I set up new passwords for this account (no success).
    An registration from a client PC with the email data of the multi-function device work.

    What does error 8000 followed by 802?

    has anyone an idea?

    Firmware is up to date (07.10.2010)
