Just a part # change, thanks. It wasn't self explanatory to me as I didn't have the bulletin.

3030 TSB #19

Self explainatory, Ricoh listed the wrong part # in the manual and they are giving you the correct part #. Check the gear on the hot roller to make sure it is installed correctly. The gear may be worn down if installed incorectly. This is a great machine overall.

Can someone tell me the particulars of TSB 019 for the B209? It has something to do with the hot roller. I'm having some fusing issues on one of these machines and the info in the TSB may help.
