MP1500SP bland in white from the 4 copie.

    Hi

I have a MP1500SP Gel, and the problem is when I print 10 copies for example, from the fourth leaf out a band in white without printing.

Anyone knows what is the solution?.

Try a head cleaning. If that doesn't work, try a flush. If that doesn't work, try a super flush in SP modes. Have a spare set of cartridges ready though. If that doesn't work, new engine unit. If that doesn't work, set it on fire and sell the customer a proper machine. Oh - don't forget to post the video of it burning on youtube. Been wanting to see one for ages.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

        SP 2101-001 to 004.

After performing this special cleaning, you need to perform normal refreshing once (SP 2010-002) to recover all nozzle condition. (Special cleaning flows ink faster speed, and sometimes air may get caught in the nozzle. As a result, the correct nozzle may have white line temporariy. To recover such condition, you need to perform the normal refreshing once.)
