My understand is that when the Ricoh Aficio 3045 first came out that the touch screen adjustment had to be done periodically to recalibrate the touch screen. Ricoh Aficio 400 copiers had similar problems. However I have also heard that there is an upgrade to fix this problem but I am wondering if I have to go through Ricoh to get the part or if there is a part number anyone has for it? Any help appreciated, thank you.

Also the 3045 can have problems with the touch panel. Part no. : H310 9900 Touch Panel

One wonders how much they pay for them in the first place.....hmmmm
