    Question about SBCU board

    Hi,

I need to change one bicu from one 3030 and they have the same part number as 3025. My question is since i will remove one bicu from one 3025 to put on this one what is the correct procedure that i must do before i make something wrong.
Must i do anything before put the bicu on the machine? and after put must i make anything like update firmware, change anything on sp mode, etc?
Its the first time i get one machine to change the bicu so i dont have any experience on this.
    Regards.

The only thing the service manual mentions is to make sure the DIP-switches of the new board should be set to the same settings as the old board.

      Hi,

      on the sbcu from 3030 i have 2 deep switchs: SW013 (1 off - 2 on ) and then on the sw102 (1 off - 2 on - 3 off - 4 off) and on the scbu of the 3025 i have on sw013 (1 off - 2 off ) and on the service manual says:
      "SW103
      DFU
. Do not change these settings."

so there is no problem to fit the bicu withou change this sw103 to same position as the 3030?

Don't know, I would set SW103 to (1-off and 2-on) on the new board.
