Got a copy quality problem .Optics clean changed blade background and lines. Charge roller?

If this box has the transfer belt on the right side door, this is a major cause of lines and maybe background. Look at this belt, stop copy in process at belt and look for lines. There is a blade behind this belt that cleans and also the toner will build up behind this belt. Sometimes a message will come up to dump waste toner that confuses tech\'s as there is no waste bottle, it\'s behing this transfer belt loading up the sensor window. Let us know what you find.
