    Security manual for SPc420

    I downloaded this security manual PDF from Ricoh and the darn thing is password protected! Not just from modifying but from reading.
    Anybody run into this and/or have a solution?
    The file name is gp3_sec.pdf

      I couldn't find the file you downloaded but haven't had any issues with the materials off e-Source or the Ricoh end user site.
