DSC428 Solid White Wide Line Across The Paper

I wide white line across the paper appear every copies and prints. It is very visible especially when doing one color copy mode at magenta color. PCUs, Developments Units, Transfer Belt are new. I tried cleaning the laser unit but nothing changes. Any idea guys about this problem? Thanks in advance.

First impression appears likes blockages (bad toner/dev) in the Developer units.
Remove the drums and turn the developer units by hand and check for the void lines on the dev-roller.
