    Aficio MP2000 Auto Off

Does anyone know if there is a way to disable the AUTO SHUT OFF on the MP2000?

Client does not mind energy saver, just not turning off.

    Thanks

Found this on a quick search:

"If the AOF setting (System Settings > Adminisrator Tools) is Off, the Auto Off timer will be disabled."

So, search somewhere inside System Settings>Admin Tools and you should find an option to do it.

You are the winner! My only problem now is I can't see "FAX FEATURES" from user tools menu. How do we get to that? I turned off MENU PROTECT completely and still can't see them.

          Thanks again!

Maybe there's a problem with your fax board - can your customer send and receive faxes? Also, I belive there's more than one version of this machine - one with GW and one without. Maybe those options only appear on the GW version and perhaps you got the one without?

(Too many "maybes" but I don't have much experience with that model, sorry).
