MPC3001 - Fold in the middle without stapling?

Does this machine with the propper finisher allow for middle-fold without stapling?

    Thanks!

Assuming a booklet finisher is fitted (SR3020?), if you copy using 4 originals or fewer in magazine mode with centre staple selected the machine fold without stapling.

To sum up, it'll fold a single sheet of paper without stapling but any more than 1 sheet must be either stapled or non-folded

Oh crap. Are you sure? We need it to fold a two-sheet print without stapling.

        Argh!

I still find it hard to believe the machine doesn't have an option to fold without stapling - every KM machine I saw equiped with a folding option allowed for it.

Yes, the KM machines do. The newer, larger Ricoh machines can have the new multifold unit, but not the smaller machines.
