mp 2500 jamming d/plex

We have 2 new mp2500 with jamming in the d/plexthe code in the smc sheet is 09 off-regist duplex and also 57 on-regist sn when we visit the machine we cant get it to jam the firmware has all been upgraded and i have checked the wire to the main body of the copier.when we have got to the customers they have left the jam and it is in the dplex just sitting half way down it with no damage to the leadedge etc has anyone seen these jam cods thanks in advance
