So here's the story....
SP 3410sf has a SC544 code. I called our local Ricoh service company to come out and take a look.
Technician gave the machine a once over and tells me there are no problems with the machine. However he was unable to reset the code because he did not have access to a PC.
Technician had directed me to download Smart Organizing Monitor from Ricohs site, and to use that to reset the service code. It appears that this tool requires a direct connection to the device from the pc.
The problem is that I am 2 hours away from the machine and cannot connect a computer to the device other than over the network.
Is it possible to reset the sc code via any network tools, or is there a procedure that I could have a onsite user walk through using the front panel of the machine?
Thanks for any and all advice
