The only way is to make a copy and then look on the drum, if there is nothing the Head is bad, you can also check the connection harness and cables. Let me know

Make a copy then after that remove the master that was wrapped around the drum. look if there are holes on the master through a light source(flourescent).If there are no holes then thermal head problem.shukran
