[Jamming] MPC3500 191 paper jams, suggestios required

Hi all, I need some direction as lost at the moment.

Jamming alot, codes 62 and 191.
At first it looked like paper, fitted paper heaters and swapped paper.
Next replaced junction gate motor, problem then moved to finisher entry (191) only

Updated firmware, replace bridge unit, replace finisher entry guide, replace fuser.

Onsite run 500 prints, all ok, leave site and return week later, 10 jams at finisher entry (191). Ricoh tell me to run copies until it jams, and replace finisher.

Anyone have any ideas (i have not yet seen the samples that they are supposed to keep

(note two other Ricoh in same room, no paper jams)
Copiers are only as good as there last service

Has the Paper buckle been increased at any time?
I had a similar issue, and reduced the paper buckle from 2mm to 0mm, it seemed to work.

        Hi.
Is it possible that you may have something stuck in the bridge unit that you manage to dislodge when you are at the machine? I've found all sorts of crap in the paper path there. Also, on a call out to one of these I found a paper clip that was sitting over the entrance sensor to the finisher. It resulted in occasional jams as it didn't always affect the sensor. Another thing I've found on these is if there is a curl in the leading edge of the paper they get jammed, I've lowered the fusing temperature a few degrees to solve the curl......Good Luck

There are some settings needed when attaching a Coin box that if not done can cause a jam as they run out of money. Is a coin box attached?
