Ricoh Aficio 3045 Misfeeding and Scanning Problems

What would cause the copy to not finish the duplex process when the image is already on both sides of the paper and starts to exit the duplexer but stops about quarter of an inch out of the duplexer?

A problem the customer is having with scanning is that they are wondering how to store their destination list so they don't have to imput it each time they want to scan something. I am not sure how either and was wondering if anyone did.

Check the side door for obstructions where the duplexed paper comes back into the machine. Exit sensor could also be flaky. With regard to the scanning, is it to folder or email?

If I understand your question correctly, you log in as administrator in the WIM and go to address book to set up user destinations which will be displayed on the machine control panel.
As far as the duplex problem, It sounds like you may have a problem with inverter gate, gate solenoid or the exit sensor.
