    That looks it might be the fuser, a pressure spring might be out of alignment. Could also be the spring on the drum cleaning blade has come off while you were servicing the PCU and isn't wiping the remnants of the formed image off.
    It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

      When you say full pm,does it mean that you cleaned also the fusing section of the machine? it appears to me that you forgot to remove the toners adhered on the surface of the hot roller.Please have a second look and cleaned it.

        Does this ghosting image occure in running/feed direction? Did the machine have the same problem before the PM? You can check the space between the printed image and the offset effect and calculate the estimate diameter of the roller (in your case it's probably the drum or fuser).

        @sharpmind:

        Full PM means replacing most fuser parts including the hot roller (and misc. PCU, transfer parts of course). He also wrote that he changes "fuser" - what we didn't know is if he used non-oem parts or oem parts.

            Stop the mashine while printing by opening the front door; check the sheet; does the ghosting appear before entering the fuser? If so, check if the erase lamps are clean and working. If not, check fuser Pressure and Fuser Temperature

              check the in the fuser if the springs are set right and look and make sure the presure roller is not set right. I have had the presure roller one one side not installed right the ball bearing was out of place.

                Are you using the non oem roller or toner ? look at the hot roller, did you find any wording stick on the roller ? Replce with original hot roller .

                  Definitely sounds like a fuser issue, could be the hot roller is bad or there is a gap between the pressure roller and hot roller-the uneven pressure would also cause part of the image to smear on the paper.
