PRO1107EX- problem print

Hello,

I have a copier PRO 1107EX. When I have a jam
paper, not reprints of the page, but stuck to
follows.

Example:

Print the document - page 1-60
Paper jam on page 38.
The photocopier printing resumes on page 39.

I lose the top 38, I have to redo a print just for page 38.

Can you help me?
