    RICOH AFFICIO 400

    RICOH AFFICIO 400 PAPER FEED FROM BYPASS AND LTC ARE WORKING IN REVERSE MEANING FOR SOME REASON THE PAPER FEED ROLLERS ARE ROTATING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION CAUSING THE PAPER FROM THE BYPASS TO BE FORCED OUT OF THE TRAY AND JAMMING IN THE LTC HELP ANY THOUGHTS????????????/

      Sounds like you need a good paper feed station overhaul. Replace the feed shaft and one way bushing mainly. Sometimes you can sqirt some light oil like wd-40 or Kroil on the shaft where it goes into the one way bushing and this may buy you some time till you get the parts in. Carefull not too much oil.

          Skip the oil wash the drive bearings out with alcohol(not beer) and then blow\'em out with air. Polish the shaft off with some 600 grit sand paper wipe clean. You may have a drive bearing in the wrong place also, Some are lefty and some are righty. Check the direction arrow on the bearing.:evil: :evil: :evil:
