Ricoh Mp171spf Data Adress book Error

Hello you guys.For the 5th time the machine shows me this error.Data book address error.How can i fix that.The costumer says he cannot scan documents to his pc.It is connected with a network cable to an ethernet port.Has anyone solved this???I am really frustruted....

try this:
Perform SP5846-50
Initialize All Addr Book- Clears all directory information managed by UCS, including all user codes.
Turn the main power switch off and on after executing this SP.

If it is a recurring issue and SP5-846-50 doesnt effect a cure it is possible the controller may need replaced. I've seen no less than three with failed controllers, you usually get an SC819 if you try to access the address book in user tools if the controller is toast.

What is this code.Can you gide me with small steps so i can fully understand that.And what is the Ucs.I suppose it has something to do with the controller.And nope i get no error code.No SC819!!Also the problem is that when i shut down the machine and open it again it works perfectly!!!!!WTF?????is going on???HHHHEEEEELLLLLPPPPP!!!!!

There is a post here with the same problem but i will post again.
Try to perform this 2 SP:
SP 5801-15 and SP 5846-50.

However, If you still have this problem you probably need to replace the controller.
