[Jamming] multiple sheet feed thru document feeder on a 201 ricoh

Has anyone had any problems with multiple sheet feeding thru the df on the new 201 ricohs
probably the same feeder as the 171 even new out of the box?

This was addressed with the 161. They changed the spring that applies pressure to the sep roller. It lessened the pressure. I would try to reform it just a little to see if there is an improvement.

Thanks that seems to be the only option. That is to try and reform the spring and check the results.
