    New MP C2051 black problems

    I just install a new color machine, i did all process from manual but i can't do ACC becouse black text barely see on page and the acc print page the black is grey actualy and i think that is the purpose i can't completed.The colour copy is fine but the black not.Any of u got this problem on a new machine >?

    Make sure the black developer is pushed all the way in.

      Check the PCDU BK and the ITB (Image Transfer Belt).
      The ITB have a little laver that coult be faulty. You can see that lever when you open the front door above the waste bottle. (That lever lowers the black transfer of the ITB)
      It could be damage in the transport

          During installation of the machine you have to place the lever on the release mechanism of the transfer belt.

              Eric1968 on manual doesn't say anything like that but i will check that too.

                      you can close the door if the lever is not installed or if you try hard enough. I'm just saying that a) the detached lever is different from the previous model and b) the symptoms exactly match Erics suggestion

                          It was the transfer belt and lever from black i think due transportation.Thx for the answers.Problem solved.
