Aficio 3800's two tray finisher isn't working right

I have a Ricoh Aficio 3800, with an SR880 two tray finisher.

When printing to the finisher tray 1 or 2 the rollers that should eject the paper do not move. So the paper stops just before the exit.
These rollers spin during the startup sequence, but not when printing.

Has anyone seen this issue before? Thanks

Hi Jeremy,
Is the printer on a cabinet or paper deck? I ask this for the reason that the printer may not be configured correctly according to the driver. If you look at the accessories tab on the printer properties, does the picture in the computer match the printer itself.
I hope this makes sense to you. Also check to see if it recognizes the paper deck also. I'm not much of a writer, so I hope this helps.
