pcl 6 driver is only for printer, u can.t extract files for scanner from this, pls install twain driver then update this driver in MY COMPUTER-PROPERTIES-DEVICE MANAGER-by putting the CD in cd drive

CD got missing , means we don't have the CD to be used. This option is not workable.

I did install one, and I have mentioned that in my first post ,,,,,do you mean that or something else ??

Could you please advise which twin driver and which update ? refer me to an online resource ?

first install TWAIN DRIVER then go to ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, MICROSOFT OFFICE-----OFFICE TOOLS-------DOCUMENT SCANNING OR IMAGING--------------then scan...............in photoshop file---------import------------------twain
