      Hi, We have installed a Ricoh 5500 on one of our clients, but It started reporting SC 672, we updated firmware and replaced the board with no improves, in the service manual says that may be the Controller stalled, can anyone help me with this? We are an spanish speaking enterprise and dont know what this means, any help will be appreciated.
