[Error Code] can't reset error code

Hi. Newbie here.

My ricoh 2238c came up with a SC541. Other posts have pointed me towards the fuser unit which had a paper jam. I've cleared the jam but it looks like I need to enter service mode to clear the erro code. Can anyone tell me how.

Press Buttons in this order:

yellow-->1-->0--7--> press and hold red, until the box switches into service mode

Then power off and on

clean/check for the thermistor maybe needs replacement. to avoid intermittent 541.
