Could you tell me how to solve the above mentioned service code. it was showed on the display after installing the rj 45 network card and ram both were taken from used aficio 2035 machine. Best regards

I would try reseating the memory dimms or try different memory. Check the installation procedure.

Also update the firmware. Disconnect the HD and see if it gets rid of the code.

X2 and reformat the hard drive.

Do you have the firmware for use in Aficio 2035 and 2045, 2045e 1034, 1045 and also any software can reset the copier counter.

1- I do not have firmware for Ricoh.

2- Now why would you want to reset the counter?

We are one short term rental service, for easy meter count, as the meter reading is over hundres thousand, but copy and condition are very good under our maintenance.
