customer is getting smudge marks after copies are ran through folding machine. colored paper the worst which doesn't feel like copy paper to me but can't seem to convince customer since they don't understan why it's a problem now and wasn't before. going back out tomorrow to replace fuser rollers. any thoughts???

good idea,also try to adjust the fuser guide position to assist when papers are coming thru,should work.

A couple of thoughts. Have they changed the kind of toner and/or paper they use? When's the last time the folder has been serviced? They require cleaning the feed rollers on a regular basis, at least the ones I work on, especially if they also fold stuff output from a HP printer.
