[CQ] Savin C3030 Different Color Lines on Copies but not prints

allrighty, here we go again, have an issue with a Savin C3030 i added a picture below its not the best but you can see that there are different color lines through the copies but if i print internally it comes out perfect drums are newish transfer belt has been replaced cleaned mirrors and glass, and also it drops these lines even on a blank color copy across the whole page magenta, cyan, and yellow, just doesnt make sense and im racking my brain about it, anyone come into this problem and have any fixes?

also in printing mode or only on copy?

sorry, i'll see is on copy. Clean optics again and use compressed air...this optics are very sensiives

also be sure the white reference on exposure glass is really cleaned and white

hey but if it were optics why would it not be doing it on black copies?

yes, under the contact glass.try to do copies on black in photo mode and surelly also make lines.

it may not show lines on some colours due to the ccds are stackted on top of each other some times if you lift the front left corner of the scanner it helps like on the old 1035 b/w

Optics are a nightmare on these models. It may take several attempts to get every dust particle off of mirrors. Make sure you test ADF and glass originals both.
