af3235 can print using mac x os pcl?what driver?pls advice me.

You can try a Gutenprint driver for this model, but for all Ricoh products the recommended method for all CUPS based printing operating systems (Mac and all Unix variants) is PostScript. Since Ricoh uses Adobe licensed PostScript, if the card isn't in the machine already, you'll need to have the customer purchase one.

Yes. Make sure "appletalk" is on, browse for the copier, then manually select the "Generic PCL XL" driver from the drop down list
