2035 esp 545 error

Hi,

I am servicing a ricoh 2035 esp with intermittent sc 545 codes for approx 3 weeks. I have had 3 different fuser units, 2 different I/o boards, cleaned and inspected fuser connect, checked all temp. settings but still getting the 545 code. suggestions?? Thanks

Try to replace dc power supply board.

Check your voltage from the wall, and your firmware levels.

Check your voltage from the wall, and your firmware levels.

I agree, maybe try another circuit if available, and surge suppressor

you could try replacing the two sets of door switches or swapping the front door switches with the fuser door switches
