Ricoh 3235c Toner Empty - Help me!!!

    [Error Code] Ricoh 3235c Toner Empty - Help me!!!

    We just have charged a new toner (BLACK) in our rocoh 3235c , but the machine does not work.. it display the empty black toner message (but cartrige is new!!)..how can I fix?? Maybe a reset would fix..but I do not know how to reset (we've just reboot without solving)

    HELP PLEASE!!

      see other post about the same.
      Clean tubes, toner bottle pipe and if not replace the toner pump, just up of dev unit. There are not any reset for this trouble.

              Also, call your service technician.
              the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
