i have a problem with my Ricoh MPC2500 whereby there's multiple line on print in both mono and color output. i have check the fuser unit and also replace the Transfer cleaning unit, however it doesn't seems like solving the problem. i have done the single color print out and i could still see the line appear at the bottom of the portrait-size A4 paper. I don't know whether we should trace the line from single-color print out( as we trace in Ricoh AF2238c series), or we straight away replace the black color cleaning blade? please help...
