Ricoh Aficio 3045 pass word problem

I just took this machine as a trade in and have it resold.... people can't remember their password and I dont have the admin password to clearout the original owners data...how do you clear out fax numbers , names etc. without having to reset the whole copier?

if they di not change it, you can log in as "supervisor" and noassword and reset the admin password.

if that doesn't work, you have to replace the NVRAM on the controller.

The address book data can be cleared by reformatting the HDD.

we sign in as supervisor and when we try to get into the admin area to change the password it says we do not have privilages
