    Is this happening when printing,copying or both.The reason I ask is because if it is only when copying it may be condensation in the scanner area.By the time you take out the drum and wipe it dry the condensation could be gone.Just a thought!!

      I found a sample on the tier2 support with the same kind of blurring as shown in your sample.

      Look like drum rotation is intermittently slipping.

      They suggest checking out the main drum shaft gear behind the fly wheel and making sure it's seated correctly and that securing screw is tight. (D062 1145 and AB01 2315).

        this TB was checked already.
