I have a mp 7001 that i cannot access the Web Image Monitor from the customers pc am i missing something

We need more info.
Is the machine printing from the network?
Can you ping the machines IP address using cmd prompt on a pc?
Give us all the facts and we may be able to help.

Check Sp5985 & make sure the NIC is set to a 1. When it's set to a 2 it disables browsing to the copier.

dear.,i had the same issue with MP 8001,done it with 5985 NIC ,change it from o to 1 & and bingo! cheers
