    5560c with intermittant sc670

We have replaced the HDD on this machine but periodically the codes comes back. I have also placed a line conditioner on the line and checked the bcu connectors. It only seems to happen when they run their bulletins, moderately thick and out of the bypass. Doesn't happen all the time but when it does, that seems to be the job.
I seem to remember something about thick paper settings causing this but cant find it in a bulletin.
    Any help out there?

It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

At the risk of cursing myself for reporting too early, we replaced the power supply 2 weeks ago and the problem hasn't reared its ugly head as of yet.
