all i get is the fan on the power supply and the green light on control panel. i replaced the pwer supply and samething, its blowing fuse 7. in gooses guide it recommends replacing bridge harness but i left it out today and samething, it blew power supply again, I notice a small noise from fax todauy so I'm thinking the fax board is taking it out.. anyone else seeen something like this...

Chances are it's a pinched wire to the frame or a shorted component. Did this problem occur out of the blue or after a tech worked on it? First, check the voltage at the blown fuse, is it 5v, 12, 24v? This will give you some idea of where to check. Power off, replace the fuse and unplug all harnesses from the BICU except for one and power back on. If the fuse didn't blow, power off and plug in another harness. Continue until it does open, then check the point-point for that connection and see what components are powered by it. -
