Hi, I would like to ask if the scanner of Aficio 2018d can operate on Windows 7 64bit? Is there a driver for that because I try the driver for 32bit but it is not working. Thank you very much.

Ricoh does not support x64 TWAIN scanning. However, if the customer is running Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate or Enterprise you could try having them install XP Mode (be sure that any virtualisation support is turned on in the machine's BIOS) and connect the scanner to the VM. This machine's network controller does not have native SMB support if I remember correctly so your only option to continue scanning will be a virtual machine. Luckily, your user will still have the option to get to the TWAIN driver from their regular Start Menu under Windows Virtual PC. Just remember to give the VM more than the normal 512 MB of RAM though too.
