i have 1 3228c have a weird problem ,the machine can receive fax but can't fax out cause no response when try to key in destination number. already updated firmware , change fax board, change panel but still the same ..thks for ready...

That is a strange one. Have you tried FAX SP mode 5-104 to reset back to factory?
If you connect a analogue phone to the line can you dial out that way? Do you have a small fax from the office to test on the line? This will help us narrow down the problem
