I picked up this copier and it was working just for one day after setting it up on my home network.
This morning after I tried to add the driver to a laptop it printed out nothing and it kept attempting to print nothing on the paper, and was wasting paper.
I had to turn off the power to stop its job as the stop/clear button did not work.
I went to Ricoh's Tech site and dowloaded the lastest firmware as I thought this might be the issue, but after loading it up, and rebooting, still no go.
Does it sound like a mainboard issue?
I downloaded the PCL6 and PostScript 3 drivers for WinXP x32, it was working for a day and just all of a sudden it stopped printing and copying.
Now when I say it stopped, I mean it pulls paper runs it through and puts nothing down on the paper then keeps pulling until I power off the machine.
Any takers?
