I'm a photocopier engineer and I have never come across a Gestetner 3320 until now. Our customer has asked us replace the PCU as the message is always advising that this needs to be done.
Anyway, we have ordered a number PCU and this has been installed by myself without any problems. The machine works perfectly fine with the new PCU but I cannot clear the message from the LCD.
Please could someone help.
