Seeing as you already have the non-default data printed off, change SP2109-2 and -3 to their default values and try printing something again. This resets the laser beam pitch to it's default value and should tell you if you are looking at a laser issue. Does it do the same thing with an ACC test print on all colours or just black?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.
