Update on the screeching noise.

I have tried the new springs for the lube bar in the pcu. Tried cutting the old springs down in size an refitting. Tried lubricating the brass bushings with baryta grease. I have fitted a new black PCDU & ITB (with new cleaning unit) from a new & unused machine.

This thing still screeches!!??

Anyone got any new ideas please?

Have you checked out the ITB drive itself where it comes through the frame? Not sure if it will allow you to do this, but remove the ITB unit and cheat the interlocks and run the output check for the ITB.
